Sofia graduated with Honors in Psychology from Duke University in 2024, where she researched memory for fictional narratives in the Marsh Memory Lab. She later worked as a research analyst at National Research Group and now serves as a lab manager in Elke Weber's Behavioral Science for Policy Lab (BSPL) at Princeton. 

She aims to pursue a Ph.D. in organizational behavior, focusing on how people change their minds and behaviors — particularly through difficult conversations — and how these processes play out in the context of attitude change and pro-environmental action in the workplace. She is also interested in applying a cultural lens to this work, examining how interventions vary across "tight" and "loose" norm cultures.
