Maxim served as the Lab Manager of the Behavioral Science for Policy Lab, where he supported research at the intersection of behavioral science and public policy. He holds an M.S. in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University and a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College. He also spent a year as an ENS Exchange Fellow at École Normale Supérieure in Paris, studying cognitive science.

Since leaving BSPL, Maxim has transitioned into the private sector and is currently pursuing an MBA at INSEAD. He is focused on building a career in ClimateTech and the energy transition space.
