Johanna Matt-Navarro was the Lab Manager at the Behavioral Science for Policy Lab from 2018 to 2021. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018 with a degree in Economics and minors in Environmental Studies and Fine Arts. Prior to joining BSPL, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Schweitzer Lab at the Wharton School, focusing on emotions and decision-making.

After her time at BSPL, Johanna earned a Master of Science in Management from UCLA Anderson. She now works as a Data Analyst at Constellation Energy Corporation: a Fortune 200 company headquartered in Baltimore and the nation’s largest producer of reliable, emissions-free energy. In her role, she supports data-driven energy solutions for commercial, residential, and public sector clients across the U.S.
