Jeff Lees
Dr. Jeff Lees was an Associate Research Scholar in the BSPL from 2022-2024. In 2024 he started as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. As an Assistant Professor he researches sustainability belief traps: how misperceptions about sustainability interact with cognitive and ideological biases to prevent organizations from adopting rigorous and effective sustainability policies. He also develops new curricula related to the grand societal challenges organizational leaders face in the 21st century.
